El 60% se diagn\u00f3stica en estadios avanzados por la ausencia de s\u00edntomas. El ca-125 es un marcador tumoral que se aplica para: evaluar la respuesta del c\u00e1ncer de ovario al tratamiento, detecci\u00f3n precoz de recidivas y para discriminar la existencia de restos de tumor quimiorresistentes. La ceruloplasmina es una glucoprote\u00edna que se comporta como un reactante de fase aguda y por tanto se eleva en procesos inflamatorios y neoplasias.  material y m\u00e9todos  estudio de casos y controles.  objetivos  determinar la medida de los valores s\u00e9ricos de ceruloplasmina coe ca-125 y determinar las posibles aplicaciones de ambos marcadores conjuntamente. la muestra: 100 enfermas y 50 sanas. El muestreo se realiz\u00f3 por el procedimiento consecutivo no alatorio. El marco del estudio fue las consultas externas de oncolog\u00eda. Variables a medir: valores s\u00e9ricos de coe y ca-125. Se us\u00f3 el programa estad\u00edstico spss y aplicamos diferentes tesis.  resultados  vimo como los valores s\u00e9ricos de ca-125 y coe alimentaban de un modo significativo respecto al estadio tumoral. Cuando comparamos los valores s\u00e9ricos de ca-125 y coe entre premenop\u00e1usticas y postemenop\u00e1usicas en el grupo de casos, entramos una diferencia estad\u00edsticamente significativa, siendo los valores m\u00e1s altos en premanop\u00e1usicas. Tambi\u00e9n hallamos: curvas de supervivencia, ecuaciones de regresi\u00f3n log\u00edstica y evaluaci\u00f3n de los tesis en paralelo.  conclusiones  tanto el ca-125 como la coe est\u00e1n significativamente m\u00e1s elevados en las enfermas con c\u00e1ncer de ovario, y con respecto al estadio tumoral.
