Despu\u00e9s de analizar en detalle los elementos que deben tenerse en cuenta a la hora de integrar la informaci\u00f3n cad y la formaci\u00f3n que debe suministrase a la mmc, se ha desarrollado un sistema integrado de dise\u00f1o e inspecci\u00f3n aplicado a piezas de revoluci\u00f3n.  este sistema, sn estado experimental, incorpora t\u00e9cnicas de reconocimiento de la pieza a inspeccionar, basadas en la utilizaci\u00f3n de un sistema de dise\u00f1o por caracter\u00edsticas. Este sistema de dise\u00f1o ha sido desarrollado en la tesis e implementado en la aplicaci\u00f3n final. A partir de la informaci\u00f3n geom\u00e9trica asociada a la pieza (caracter\u00edsitcas de horma, dimensiones, tolerancias deminsionales y tolerancias geom\u00e9tricas) y de la informaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica asociada a la mmc y al palpador de la misma, as\u00ed como a la estrtegia de inspecci\u00f3n dise\u00f1ada, el sistema obtiene do forma autom\u00e1tica el programa de inspecci\u00f3n para ser comunicado a la m\u00e1quina.
