{"id":88085,"date":"2018-03-10T00:12:59","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:12:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/caracterizacion-biofisica-del-compartimento-subcelular-que-contiene-los-lipidos-moviles-en-celulas-c6-de-glioma-de-rata-mediante-ihrmn\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:12:59","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:12:59","slug":"caracterizacion-biofisica-del-compartimento-subcelular-que-contiene-los-lipidos-moviles-en-celulas-c6-de-glioma-de-rata-mediante-ihrmn","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/caracterizacion-biofisica-del-compartimento-subcelular-que-contiene-los-lipidos-moviles-en-celulas-c6-de-glioma-de-rata-mediante-ihrmn\/","title":{"rendered":"Caracterizaci\u00f3n biofisica del compartimento subcelular que contiene los lipidos moviles en celulas c6 de glioma de rata mediante ihrmn"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Yolanda P\u00e9rez Ruiz <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el espectro de rmn de prot\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas tumorales, de tumores experimentales inducidos en cerebro de rata y de tumores cerebrales humanos, se ha observado la presencia de una intensa resonancia a 1,26 ppm, que ha sido asignada a las cadenas de \u00e1cidos grasos de triglic\u00e9ridos (l\u00edpidos m\u00f3viles, ml). para establecer la posible utilidad como marcadores tumorales de estas resonancias de ml es preciso conocer su origen bioqu\u00edmico y localizaci\u00f3n subcelular y\/o extracelular.  hasta el momento, se ha propuesto dos or\u00edgenes subcelulares;  i-   microdominios, de di\u00e1metro 25-28 nm, embebidos en la membrana plasm\u00e1tica  ii-  got\u00edculas l\u00edpidicas citoplasm\u00e1ticas en c\u00e9lulas intactas (0,5-1,5 um)  iii- got\u00edculas l\u00edpidicas  extracelulares en zonas necr\u00f3ticas de tumores (8-10um).  en el presente trabajo se ha utilizado la espectroscop\u00eda de rmn de difusi\u00f3n para caracterizar el origen subcelular de la se\u00f1al de l\u00edpidos neutros visible en el espectro de rmn de prot\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas c6 de glioma de rata postconfluentes.  se ha medido el tama\u00f1o del compartimento en el que se origina dicha resonancia a partir del estudio de la restricci\u00f3n a la difusi\u00f3n libre de la se\u00f1al de ml. Para las got\u00edculas l\u00edpidicas citoplasm\u00e1tica en c\u00e9lulas c6 postoconfluentes, los valores obtenidos por rmn (1,88+0,004um) no difieren de forma significativa de los obtenidos por microscop\u00eda de fluorescencia (1,7+0,33 um).  por tanto, los experimentos de difusi\u00f3n nos han proprocionado la evidencia directa de que la resonancia de ml a 1,26 ppm presente en el espectro de rmn de prot\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas c6 postconfluentes est\u00e1 constituida mayoritariamente por l\u00edpidos neutros almacenados en cot\u00edculas l\u00edpidicas citoplasm\u00e1tica.  por otro lado, hemos realizado un estudio exhaustivo de los valores de t2 para las resonancias de ml de diferentes muestras: aceite de borraja, goticulas artificiales, c\u00e9lulas c6 en fase
