{"id":88113,"date":"2018-03-10T00:13:03","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:13:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/microsporidiosis-en-peces-marinos\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:13:03","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:13:03","slug":"microsporidiosis-en-peces-marinos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/microsporidiosis-en-peces-marinos\/","title":{"rendered":"Microsporidiosis en peces marinos"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Parama Diaz Ana Isabel <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los microsporidios son protozoos unicelulares, que viven como p\u00e1rasitos intracelulares obligados y provocan una de las parasitosis m\u00e1s importantes que afectan a los peces de cultivo, limitando su crecimiento y, consecuentemente, una reducci\u00f3n dr\u00e1stica de la productividad de las piscifactor\u00edas  en el presente trabajo hemos realizado estudios de ultraestructura del microsporidio que parasita la bacaladilla y el que parasita el bolo , ambas especies, en un principio, pertenecientes a g\u00e9neros distintos. En base a estos estudios, identificamos como nuev aespecie el microsporidio par\u00e1sito de la bacaladilla al que deonomnaos pleistophora finisterrensisi y redesscribimos como microgemma caullery (antes caulleryi) al micorsporidio que parasita el bolo  pleistophora finisterrensisi,  se encuentra en la musculatura hipaxial de la bacaladillo y aparecen como masas fusiformes de color blanco-amarillento. los merontes conienten entre uno y varios n\u00facleos. Al final est\u00e1n rodeados por una cubierta amorga (caracter\u00edstica t\u00edpica de pleistophora ), estos dan lugar a la formaci\u00f3n directa de plasmodios esporog\u00f3nicos sinque se dan etapas uninuleadas intermidias. Las esporogonia sigue el patr\u00f3n t\u00edpico del g\u00e9nero, se desarrolla dentros de ves\u00edculas espor\u00f3foras (spvs) en cuyo interior se disponen entre 150 y 250 esporas. Los esporontes multinuleaos se dividen por plasmotom\u00eda para formar esporblastos uninucleados que marurar\u00e1n a esporas.Estas son de un \u00fanico tipo morfol\u00f3gico y uninucleadas con un talla media de 4 x2 um, el n\u00famero de vueltas del tubo polar est\u00e1 comprendidio entre 8 y 9 dispuestas en una \u00fanica fila.  microgemma caullervy, se encuentra en le h\u00edgado del bolo formando xenomas, no se observ\u00f3 la formaci\u00f3n de ning\u00fana c\u00e1psula alrededor de dichos xenomas ni tampoco se presntan ramificaciones tubulares alrededor de la membrana plasm\u00e1tica
