Darder Colom <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta memoria describe el estudio de diferentes estrategias de inmovilizacion de enzimas redox en la superficie de electrodos solidos, de oro y de carbon vitreo, con el fin de desarrollar biosensores enzimaticos amperometricos. en la reacci\u00f3n enzimatica de transformacion del analito en producto, la enzima redox cede o acepta electrones del electrodo, gracias a un mediador redox que establece la comunicaci\u00f3n electronica entre ambas. Se registra entonces una intensidad de corriente proporcional a la concentracion de analito en la muestra.  las enzimas redox utilizadas fueron la peroxidasa de rabano (hrp) y diversas enzimas de membrana, como la fructosa deshidrogenasa (fdh), la gluconato deshidrogenasa (gadh) o la lactato deshidrogenasa citocromo b2 (cit b2).  la funcionalizaci\u00f3n de electrodos de oro con diversos disulfuros origina superficies de oro modificadas que sirven como base para la inmovilizaci\u00f3n de las enzimas. Los procesos de adsorci\u00f3n de los disulfuros sobre oro y de inmovilizacion de las enzimas sobre los electrodos funcionalizados se estudiaron mediante diversos diversos t\u00e9cnicas. Adem\u00e1s de la voltametria ciclica, la cronoamperometria y la espectrofotometria de absorcion uv-visible, se utilizaron otras tecnicas m\u00e1s recientes como la microbalanza de cristal de cuarzo (qcm), la microbalanza electroquimica de cristal de cuarzo (eqcm) y la microscopia de fuerzas atomicas (afm).  la microbalanza de cristal de cuarzo permiti\u00f3 estudiar los procesos de adsorci\u00f3n de disulfuros sobre otro en tiempo real, proporcionando informacion sore los aspectos cineticos de este proceso. Tambien se determino la cantidad de disulfuro depositado y se calculo el recubrimiento superficial correspondiente, obteni\u00e9ndose datos termodinamicos del proceso de adsorci\u00f3n.
