Jos\u00e9 <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se constata la utilidad de la electroforesis capilar electrocin\u00e9tica micelar en la separaci\u00f3n y determinaci\u00f3n de benzodiazepinas en productos famac\u00e9uticos con resultados satisfactorios que permiten proponer esta t\u00e9cnica como alternatia en la laboratorios famac\u00e9uticos de control de calidad.  la modificaci\u00f3n del electrolito por adici\u00f3n conjunta de sales biliares y almid\u00f3n permite la separaci\u00f3n de los enanti\u00f3meros de lorazepam al eliminar, en las condiciones propuestas en esta memoria, el proceso de enantiomerizaci\u00f3n. sin embargo, no ha sido posible evitar la enatiomerizaci\u00f3n en el caso  del lormetazepam.  el solapamiento de la se\u00f1al que se produce en los electroferogramas, como consecuencia de la enantiomerizaci\u00f3n, puede resolverse a trav\u00e9s de la primera derivada, si bien ser\u00eda necesario conocer, previamente, la respuesta electrofor\u00e9tica del rac\u00e9mcio.  se simplifaica y disminuye el tiempo de an\u00e1lisis de benzodiazepians en suero, utilizando medios organizados, que permiten la inyecci\u00f3n directa de suero en el sistema electerofor\u00e9tico.  igualmente, las muestras de orina pueden inyectarse directamente. Sin  embargo, por razones de sensibilidad, es necesario realizar una etapa previa de concentraci\u00f3n de las benzodiazepinas.  la utilizaci\u00f3n de capilares con una celda de detecci\u00f3n en forma de burbuja permite disminuir sensiblemente los l\u00edmites de detecci\u00f3n de las benzodiazepinas, sin p\u00e9rdida significativa de resoluci\u00f3n.
