Simplex que tengan reactividad con la ige humana.  mediante la construcci\u00f3n de una genoteca g\u00e9nica de a.Simplex identificar los genes que codifican prote\u00ednas reactivas con la ige humana, para posteriormente realizar una clonaci\u00f3n y secuenciaci\u00f3n de los mismos. Expresar las prote\u00ednas que codifican dichos genes y estudiar su reactividad con ige humana, as\u00ed como realizar un an\u00e1lisis comparativo de dichas prote\u00ednas de a. Simplex con otras descritas en otros par\u00e1sitos. Estudio de la actividad biol\u00f3gica de un extracto proteico de a. Simplex. Para ello se har\u00e1n experimentos de quimiotaxis en un modelo animal de rat\u00f3n e inducci\u00f3n de un modelo de inflamaci\u00f3n bronquial tambi\u00e9n en un modelo animal de rat\u00f3n.  la metodolog\u00eda usada ha sido fundamentalmente el clonaje en vectores plasm\u00eddicos y expresi\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas en el sistema de reticulocitos de conejo y en bacterias e.Coli mediante subclonaje en vectores de expresi\u00f3n como el pgex-5&#215;1. Otras t\u00e9cnicas utilizadas han sido western-blot para an\u00e1lisis de inmunoreactividad ige de dichas prote\u00ednas clonadas. Para el tercer objetivo se ha utilizado t\u00e9cnicas anatomo patol\u00f3gicas para estudio de la quimiotaxis in vivo, as\u00ed como t\u00e9cnicas citom\u00e9tricas.  tras la fase experimental y el an\u00e1lisis de los resultados se ha llegado a estas conclusiones:  1,- se ha construido una genoteca g\u00e9nica de a.Simplex, de la cual se han seleccionado y clonado seis genes hasta ahora no descritos en esta especie de nem\u00e1todo. Se han comparado las secuencias deducidas de amino\u00e1cidos con otras previamente descritas, comprob\u00e1ndose en cuatro de las seis prote\u00ednas una homolog\u00eda importante con las equivalentes de otras especies.  2,- uno de los seis genes (clon 6) codifica una prote\u00edna, la cual ha demostrado tener capacidad de reaccionar con la ige humana.
