En este sentido se trata de un trabajo pionero al respecto en salm\u00f3nidos, y de vertebrados en general, dada la escasa bibliograf\u00eda existente, incidiendo en la presencia y evoluci\u00f3n de dos sistemas peptid\u00e9rgicos de amplia distribuci\u00f3n en el sistema nervioso.  ambos p\u00e9ptidos parecen estar implicados en funciones cerebrales esenciales, ejerciendo tanto de neuromoduladores como de neurotransmisores en las se\u00f1ales qu\u00edmicas. El estudio del desarrollo de los sistemas npy y fmrfamida en base a la inmunorreactividad presentada ha revelado la pronta aparici\u00f3n de ambos p\u00e9ptidos en el sistema nervioso de la trucha com\u00fan.  los resultados obtendios demuestran que, salvo en el cerebelo, el npy tiene una amplia distribuci\u00f3n en el cerebro de la trucha com\u00fan. Desde la etapa embrionaria, las distintas agrupaciones neuronales inmunorreactivas al npy (npy-ir) van haciendo su aparici\u00f3n en el cerebro de la trucha com\u00fan en diferentes momentos de su desarrollo. Los primeros n\u00facleos en aparecer son aqu\u00e9llos localizados en la regi\u00f3n telencef\u00e1lica ventrolateral, hipot\u00e1lamo rostral, tegmento mesencef\u00e1lico dorsal (n\u00facleo laminar) locus coeruleus, y rgi\u00f3nvagal, y surgen claramente en los embriones de 10-12 mm de longitud.  asimismo se observan c\u00e9lulas npy-ir en el saco vasculoso de embriones de 12 mm. Posteriormente se observan c\u00e9lulas npy-ir en el techo \u00f3ptico y hab\u00e9nula de embriones de 13-14 mm de longitud. Entrada la fase de alev\u00edn se pueden apreciar c\u00e9lulas npy-ir en el ganglio del nervio terminal, retina, n\u00facleo supracomisural del \u00e1<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
