Los desarrollos basados en la termodin\u00e1mica molecular est\u00e1n logrando un enorme avance en este campo. En este trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n hemos propuesto nuevas funciones polin\u00f3micas de la temperatura y del factor ac\u00e9ntrico que permiten obtener la presi\u00f3n de vapor, la densidad de la fase l\u00edquida y el calor latente de vaporizaci\u00f3n de 42 flu\u00eddos no polares, sin m\u00e1s que conocer los par\u00e1metros moleculares del sistema lennard-jones (tama\u00f1o e intensidad de las fuerzas atractivas) y el factor ac\u00e9ntrico (forma) de la sustancia en estudio.  el modelo molecular propuesto para la presi\u00f3n de vapor ha sido utilizado para obtener una expresi\u00f3n anal\u00edtica para la relaci\u00f3n presi\u00f3n-temperatura-composici\u00f3n de la fase l\u00edquida del equilibrio l\u00edquido-vapor de las mezclas binarias no polares. Esta metolog\u00eda se ha aplicado a la obtenci\u00f3n de las propiedades termodin\u00e1micas del equilibrio l\u00edquido-vapor de mezclas conteniendo etano y de mezclas conteniendo di\u00f3xido de
