En las primeras fases de la elongaci\u00f3n tanto la activaci\u00f3n de pka como de p13k son fundamentales ya que su bloqueo impide la neuritaci\u00f3n de las c\u00e9lulas.  en fases posteriores \u00fanicamente p13k y algunos elementos de la ruta mediada por rho parecen controlar el mantenimiento de 1 fenotipo diferenciado. el bloqueo de p13k induce la retracci\u00f3n de las neuritas proceso que est\u00e1 mediado por gsk3 y la ruta de rho. Ambos sistemas actuar\u00edan modulando las propiedades del citoesqueleto neuronal.  el \u00faltimo objetivo de este trabajo, fue el de averiguar si los resultados obtenidos era particulares de la l\u00ednea celular utilizada o si por el encontrario estaban definiendo procesos m\u00e1s fisiol\u00f3gicos. Para ello utilizamos cultivos primarios de neuronas granulares de cerebelo, donde se comprob\u00f3 que tanto p13k como la ruta de rho eran importantes para el mantenimiento de la diferenciaci\u00f3n
