doctoral de <strong> Antonio Barrio Cuesta <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha montado, puesta a punto e instalado un sistema de medida de la irradiancia solar y de su espectro, obteni\u00e9ndose medidas para determinar los par\u00e1metros atmosf\u00e9ricos que mejor se ajustan a la atm\u00f3sfera de segovia. por otra parte, se ha realizado un completo estudio de la variaci\u00f3n de la eficacia luminosa en sus tres componentes,con respecto a todos los parametros atmosf\u00e9ricos que pueden ser responsables de su variaci\u00f3n.  se ha llegado a la conclusi\u00f3n que permite afirmar la necesidad de modificar los modelos existentes de eficacia luminosa, en particular para las componentes directa y difusa, con el f\u00edn de que incluyan de una manera explicita la dependencia con el contenido de
