Amparo <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo general de la tesis doctoral fue determinar las concentraciones y flujos de c,n y p organicos disueltos en un ecosistema forestal de la sierra de gata, incluyendo sus transferencia desde el medio ed\u00e1fico a las aguas superficiales. Conjuntamente se estudiaron otros bioelementales. se estudiaron los posibles factores (climaticos, edaficos, biogeoquimicos) de control sobre los flujos de materia org\u00e1nica disuelta (mod) en el ecosistema, mediante experimentos in vitro y seguimiento estacional en el campo y se procedi\u00f3 a la caracterizaci\u00f3n de mod.  para todo ello se instalaron en una parcela experimental, en un bosque de rebollo pr\u00f3xima a la poblaci\u00f3n de navasfrias, dispositivos para la recogida de agua de precipitacion, trascolaci\u00f3n, drenaje del suelo a ditintas profundidades y agua superficial. En las muestras de agua se efectuaron analisis de c,n, p, aniones, cationes, metales mayoritarios, is\u00f3topos de c, fraccionamiento de mod y medidas espectroscopicas. Complementariamente se recogieron muestras de suelo (para experimentos de produccion\/descomposicion y adsorcion\/desorci\u00f3n de mod.  se comprob\u00f3 que el horizonte org\u00e1nico (hojarasca) es la principal fuente de mod, ya que las mayores concentraciones y flujos de cod,nod y pod se encontraron en el agua de lavado de este horizonte. Tambien se encontraron los mayores indices de humidificaci\u00f3n en estos flujos. El agua ed\u00e1fica a lo largo del perfil disminuye su concentraci\u00f3n en mod, debido principalmente a la sorci\u00f3n de sesqui\u00f3xidos. Los principales factores que controlan los flujos de mod en el ecosistema resultaron ser los factores hidrol\u00f3gicos, es decir, a mayor precipitacion anual, mayor producci\u00f3n de mod.
