Dolores <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La tesis presenta un estudio detallado de los procesos din\u00e1micos que tienen lugar en microcavidades de semiconductor, tanto en el r\u00e9gimen de emisi\u00f3n lineal (espontanea) como en el r\u00e9gimen de emisi\u00f3n no-lineal (estimulada). el estudio se completa con una descripci\u00f3n detallada de la din\u00e1mica de esp\u00edn de las exictaciones fundamentales del sistema, denominadas polaritones. estas cuasi &#8211; part\u00edculas tienen un car\u00e1cter mixto radiaci\u00f3n &#8211; materia, pudi\u00e9ndose cambiar de forma continua este car\u00e1cter.  los experimentos han evidenciado la emisi\u00f3n estimulada de los estados polarit\u00f3nicos con un car\u00e1cter predominante fot\u00f3nico. Igualmente se ha determinado la existencia de un mecanismo de \u00abscattering\u00bb polariton &#8211; polariton estimulado por la poblaci\u00f3n presente en los estados de k = o. Este mecanismo de \u00abscattering\u00bb estimulado por la poblaci\u00f3n del estado final es caracter\u00edstico de sistemas bos\u00f3nicos.  el estudio de la din\u00e1mica a esp\u00edn ha puesto de manifiesto que la emisi\u00f3n estimulada esta circulante polarizada, es decir, resulta de la recombinaci\u00f3n de una gran poblaci\u00f3n acumulada en un estado de esp\u00edn definido (+ 1 \u00f3 -1).Se ha observado que el \u00abscaterring\u00bb estimulado ocurre al estado de esp\u00edn de menor energ\u00eda. As\u00ed mismo, se ha encontrado una inversi\u00f3n ultrarr\u00e1pida del grado de polarizaci\u00f3n de la emisi\u00f3n.  la tesis tambi\u00e9n recoge los resultados obtenidos mediante  experimentos de fotoluminiscencia bajo excitaci\u00f3n continua en presencia de un campo magn\u00e9tico intenso.
