{"id":88455,"date":"2018-03-10T00:13:25","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:13:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/caracterizacion-funcional-de-la-tyrosinfosfatasa-de-membrana-cd148\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:13:25","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:13:25","slug":"caracterizacion-funcional-de-la-tyrosinfosfatasa-de-membrana-cd148","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/caracterizacion-funcional-de-la-tyrosinfosfatasa-de-membrana-cd148\/","title":{"rendered":"Caracterizacion funcional de la tyrosinfosfatasa de membrana cd148"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Anna Pirotto Invernizzi <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo general de esta tesis es la caracterizaci\u00f3n funcional del cd148 con el fin de acercarnos mas el conocimiento de su funci\u00f3n debido a la importancia de esta mol\u00e9cula en la regulacion de la proliferaci\u00f3n celular y a su implicancia reciente en la trasducci\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales.  en primer lugar se pas\u00f3 a estudiar la distribuci\u00f3n fenot\u00edpica de esta mol\u00e9cula en las diferentes subpoblaciones de c\u00e9lulas hematopoyeticas, tanto en situaci\u00f3n basal como tras diferentes condiciones de estimulaci\u00f3n. De estos estudios podemos concluir que el cd148 presenta una amplia distribuci\u00f3n tisular. se expresa en la membrana de todas las c\u00e9lulas hematopoyeticas as\u00ed coo en \u00f3rganos linfoides tales como. Am\u00edgdalas, n\u00f3dulos linf\u00e1ticos, timo, bazo, salvo en las c\u00e9lulas del cetnro germinal de los fol\u00edculos linfoides y en los timocitos corticales.  el cd148 es un marcador de activaci\u00f3n leucocitaria ya que aumenta tras activar los leucocitos in vitro con cona, pma, lps o fmlp. Adem\u00e1s se expresa en la mayor\u00eda de los tejidos no linfoides estudiados a excepci\u00f3n de epitelio escamoso, neuroas y macrog\u00eda.  a pesar de su posible relaci\u00f3n con el control de la proliferaci\u00f3n celular se ha detectado la expresi\u00f3n del cd148 en todos los carcinomas testados. no obstante, en tumores de alto grado de malignidad se ha observado una disminuci\u00f3n en el nivel de expresi\u00f3n de cd148. Datos anteriores de nuestro laboratorio han desmostrado la participaci\u00f3nd el cd148 en los mecanismos de transducci\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales en linfocitos. Debido a la alta expresi\u00f3n de esta mol\u00e9culas en eosin\u00f3filos se procedi\u00f3 a analizar la expresi\u00f3n del cd148 en eosin\u00f3filos y su participaci\u00f3n en los procesos de activaci\u00f3n y en alguna v\u00eda de transducci\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales en los mismos. Al entrecruzar el cd148 en eosin\u00f3filos humanos se produce su activaci\u00f3n tal como se determina midiendo la liberaci\u00f3n de o2, ecp y epx que corresponden a la inducci\u00f3n de la cadena
