En primer lugar, se ha realizado un estudio de los efectos de los recocidos rta sobre las propiedades electricas de los substratos de partida sin implantar.  seguidamente se ha caracterizado el efecto de los ciclos rta sobre capas implantadas de in y b. Se ha desarrollado un proceso rta postimplantacion que elimina el da\u00f1o de implantacion y permite la activacion electrica de las especies implantados.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
