Esto soluciona problemas de abastecimiento principalmente en peque\u00f1os municipios que emplean las aguas subterr\u00e1neas como \u00fanico recurso h\u00eddrico para la obtenci\u00f3n de agua potable.  la composici\u00f3n microbiol\u00f3gica de la biopel\u00edcula es el principal factor que determina el rendimiento del proceso, por lo tanto la aplicaci\u00f3n de cepas bacterianas con alto poder desnitrificante y capacidad para formar biopel\u00edculas estables en la inoculaci\u00f3n del filtro biol\u00f3gico, mejoran los par\u00e1metros de dise\u00f1o del filtro as\u00ed como la explotaci\u00f3n del proceso.  para los ensayos realizados a escala simi-t\u00e9cnica con la cepa hydrogenophaga pseudoflva se alcanzaron como valores de carga hidr\u00e1ulic a30 m3\/m2.D y de carga superficial del nitrato 9kg\/m2.D. Partiendo de estos par\u00e1metros se puede construir una planta a escala industrial montada sobre plataforma m\u00f3vil que pueda solucionar problemas puntuales de contaminaci\u00f3n que dejan sin
