En el primer cap\u00edtulo se estudian algunos problemas que aparecen en lubricaci\u00f3n, y est\u00e1n gobernados por la ecuaci\u00f3n de reynolds. En la segunda secsi\u00f3n se aborda, con \u00e9xito, la regularidad de la soluci\u00f3n de la ecuaci\u00f3n, cuando aparecen discontinuidades entre las superficies. En la secci\u00f3n 3, se estudia un problema inverso de gran dificultad, tanto para el caso incompresible, como para el caso compresible. En la secci\u00f3n 4 del primer cap\u00edtulo se estudia la existente de soluciones del problema del lector de cintas magn\u00e9ticas. donde la ecuaci\u00f3n de reynolds para fluidos compresibles, que determina la presi\u00f3n, est\u00e1 acoplada a la ecuaci\u00f3n de la elasticidad que modeliza la posici\u00f3n de la cinta.  en el capitulo 2 se estudia un problema de meteorolog\u00eda, donde tras probar que el problema esta bien plantedado, se demuestra la no proliferaci\u00f3n de componentes conexas de las zonas estables e inestables.  en el \u00faltimo cap\u00edtulo se estudia un problema de frontera libre que aparece en medicina, donde se aplica medicamento en el interior de un tumor, para inhibir su crecimiento. El modelo es un sistema de dos e.D.P. Acoplados a una e.D.O. Que determina la frontera libre, (borde del tumor).
