{"id":88578,"date":"2018-03-10T00:13:33","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:13:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/la-microbalanza-de-cristal-de-cuarzo-como-transductor-en-el-desarrollo-de-biosensores\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:13:33","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:13:33","slug":"la-microbalanza-de-cristal-de-cuarzo-como-transductor-en-el-desarrollo-de-biosensores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/la-microbalanza-de-cristal-de-cuarzo-como-transductor-en-el-desarrollo-de-biosensores\/","title":{"rendered":"La microbalanza de cristal de cuarzo como transductor en el desarrollo de biosensores"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Abad Pastor <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el presente trabajo se han llevado a cabo dos objetivos relacionados entre si: 1) el estudio y aplicaci\u00f3n del modo de transduccion piezoelectrico (la microbalanza de cristal de cuarzo) en el desarrollo de biosensores y 2) el desarrollo y caracterizacion mediante la microbalanza de cristal de cuarzo, de nuevas estrategias de inmovilizaci\u00f3n controlada del componente biologico sobre el transductor.  en el primero objetivo se han desarrollado dos biosensores piezoelectricos:un inmunosesor para la determinacion del anticuerpo de la proteina p12 del virus de la fiebre porcina y un biosensor enzimatico basado en la acetilcolinesterasa (ache), para la determinacion de los pesticidas organofosforados (paroxon) y carbamatos (carbarilo) en medio acuoso.  en el segundo objetivo se han desarrollado nuevas estrategias para la inmovilizacion selectiva y orientada de proteinas sobre superficies de oro con el fin de obtener electrodos enzim\u00e1ticos para su utilizacion en biosensores. Estas estrategias se basaron en la obtencion de superficies ordenadas mediante la tecnolog\u00eda de formacion de monocapas autoensambladas (sams) funcionalizadas con ligandos adecuados que facilitaron la union selectiva y orientada de las proteinas a traves de sitios de union especificos presentes en las proteinas o generados mediante tecnicas de genetica
