{"id":88583,"date":"2018-03-10T00:13:33","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:13:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/caracterizacion-molecular-y-funcional-del-gen-falsiflora-de-tomate\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:13:33","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:13:33","slug":"caracterizacion-molecular-y-funcional-del-gen-falsiflora-de-tomate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/caracterizacion-molecular-y-funcional-del-gen-falsiflora-de-tomate\/","title":{"rendered":"Caracterizaci\u00f3n molecular y funcional del gen falsiflora de tomate"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Nuria Molinero-rosales <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El conocimiento de factores gen\u00e9ticos que controlan la floraci\u00f3n del tomate es importane para la mejora de esta especie, especialmente en el sudeste espa\u00f1ol, dada la importancia de su cutlivo tanto en superficie cultivada como en producci\u00f3n.  para ello, se procedi\u00f3 a la identificaci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n de mutantes que presentan retraso en el tiempo de floraci\u00f3n y alteraciones en el desarrollo de la inflorescencia, implicados por tanto los loci afectados en la transici\u00f3n floral y en la identidad del meristemo floral.  de entre los mutantes estudiados, no centramos en el mutante flasiflora, puesto que presentaba retraso en tiempo de floraci\u00f3n, alteracioens en la morfolog\u00eda de las hojas y grandes modificaciones en la inflorescencia.  habiendo aislado el gen de tomate, tofl, hom\u00f3logo a lfy, se ha comprobado que en los mutantes fa el adnc del gen tofl presentan mutaciones que consegregan con dichos fenotipos, por lo que el gen tofl se corresponde con el locus fa. Adem\u00e1s el gen fa presenta homolog\u00eda estructural con otros fenes lfy seg\u00fan hemos comprobado por an\u00e1lisis moleculares. Los patrones de expresi\u00f3n de fa en experimento tipo northern e hibridaci\u00f3n in situ nos indican la existencia de distintos patrones de desarrollo entre diferentes especies, as\u00ed como funciones adicionales a la de la identidad del meristemo floral.  por \u00faltimo, se han analizado las interacciones de fa con otros genes implicados en el proceso de floraci\u00f3n de tomate
