Hemos generado el mab 9c12 contra la alfa-enolasa. Este mab reaccion\u00f3 en elisa con la alfa-enolasa humana, incluso tras eliminar su lisina c-terminal, que media su uni\u00f3n al plasmin\u00f3geno. El mab 9c12 destect\u00f3 alfa-enolasa en la membrana citoplasm\u00e1tica de neutr\u00f3filos y c\u00e9lulas monocitoides u937. el mab 9c12 no bloqu\u00f3 la uni\u00f3n del plasmin\u00f3geno a las c\u00e9lulas. Por phage display hemos identificado la secuencias dldfkspddpsryisp, que abarca los residuos 257-272 de la alfa-enolasa humana y que se localiza en la superficie de la mol\u00e9cula, como el ep\u00edtopo reconocido por el mab 9c12.  por phage display hemos identificado la quimoquina (mip)-2alfa como una prote\u00edna que se une espec\u00edficamente al plasmin\u00f3geno. Esta interacci\u00f3n est\u00e1 mediada por los kringles 1-3 del plasmin\u00f3geno y por la regi\u00f3n c-terminal rica en lisinas del mip-2alfa. La activaci\u00f3n catalizada por tcu-pa del plasmin\u00f3geno unido al mip-2alfa asociado a una superficie es unas 2,5 veces m\u00e1s eficaz que en soluci\u00f3n.  la asociaci\u00f3n  del mip-2alfa con una superficie s\u00f3lida expone su regi\u00f3n de uni\u00f3n al plasmin\u00f3geno, pudiendo dar lugar a un aumento en la generaci\u00f3n local de plasmina.  la (pro)mmp-3 se une espec\u00edficamente al t-pa sin hidrolizarlo. La activaci\u00f3n de glu-plasmin\u00f3geno por t-pa en presencia de prommp-3 sigue una cin\u00e9tica de michaelis-menten; a una concentraci\u00f3n saturante de prommp-3, la eficacia catal\u00edtica del tct-pa aumenta 20 veces, debido principalmente a una mayor afinidad del t-pa por el plasmin\u00f3geno. El plasmin\u00f3geno y el t-pa se unen a diferentes sitios de la pro-mmp-3.
