La correspondiente predicci\u00f3n de vida en fatiga ha de realizarse con ayuda de modelos de aucmulaci\u00f3n de da\u00f1o, que utilizan como informaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica el campo de w\u00ed\u00b6hler del material, determinando a partir de ensayos de fatiga bajo diferentes rangos de tensi\u00f3nconstante. de este modo, la fiabilidad de la predicci\u00f3n de vida en fatiga depende en buena medida de la calidad de estimaci\u00f3n de los par\u00e1metros que definen el campo de w\u00ed\u00b6hler. En la presente tesis se propone un modelo de acumualci\u00f3n de da\u00f1o basado en el modelo probabil\u00edstico de fatiga, desarrollado por castillo et al., Que define el campo de w\u00ed\u00b6hler como una familia de distribuci\u00f3nes de weibull dependientes de 5 par\u00e1metros. El empleo de t\u00e9cnicas de normalizaci\u00f3n estad\u00edstica permite agrupar todos los resultados, precedentes de diferentes rangos de tensi\u00f3n, en una \u00fanica distribuci\u00f3n y realizar la estimaci\u00f3n de los par\u00e1metros del modelo en dos etapas, incrementando as\u00ed la fiabilidad del ajuste.  el ajuste del campo de w\u00ed\u00b6hler y la predicci\u00f3n te\u00f3rica del modelo de da\u00f1o se contrastan con los resutlados de programas experimetnales de otros investigadores y con un progrma de ensayos de fatiga bajo carga variable (por bloques y aleatroia) realizados
