Se ha procedido al \u00abrelleno\u00bb y homogenizaci\u00f3n de las series, poniendo, en su caso, de manifiesto las inhomogeneidades relativas por medios de coeficientes de correlaci\u00f3n por tramos simult\u00e1neos progesivos.  en el r\u00e9gimen t\u00e9rmico, se han caracterizado las series mensuales, estacionales y anuales por los estad\u00edsticos descriptivos, y se ha analizado la tendencia y variabilidad en la evoluci\u00f3n de las mismas, poniendo de manifiesto calentamiento significativo de las temperaturas m\u00ednimas. En el estudio de la organizaci\u00f3n de la series se han aplicado t\u00e9cnicas estoc\u00e1sticas lo que ha permido la formulaci\u00f3n de modelos arima, a partir de los cuales se han estimado tambi\u00e9n la estructura de las series estacionales de temperaturas diarias del \u00faltimo decenio, y su relaci\u00f3n entre los distintos observatorios.  en el an\u00e1lisis del r\u00e9gimen de precipitaciones no se ha detectado organizaci\u00f3n en evoluci\u00f3n pluviom\u00e9trica; \u00fanicamente las series de primavera muestran tendencia descendente significativa en todos los observatorios, y es previsible el incremento de la variabilidad y disparidad interanual.  se ha elaborado un modelo de sequ\u00eda, basado en la incidencia medioambiental de series ponderadas de precipitaci\u00f3n, a partir de los d\u00e9ficit acumulados de a\u00f1os sucesivos en que es posible determinar la duraci\u00f3n e intensidad de cada uno de los
