Los resultados se comparan conlos obtenidos con amitriptilina, un antidepresivo tric\u00edclico inhibidor d ela recaptaci\u00f3n de noradrenalina y serotonina. Adem\u00e1s se ha valorado los efectos de estos f\u00e1rmacos sobre la entrada de calcio a tr\u00e1ves de los canales sensibles a las dihidropiridinas y sobre la respuesta del conducto deferente a concentraciones elevadas de cloruro pot\u00e1sico.  se ha utilizado como material biol\u00f3gico muestras de la porci\u00f3n epididimaria del conducto deferente humano procedentes de vasectom\u00edas voluntarias.  los resultados obtenidos indican que la amitriptilina a concentracionees terap\u00e9uticas es capaz de inhibir la respuesta del conducto deferente al est\u00edmulo neur\u00f3geno y  a la noradrenalina por blfoqueo de los receptores a adren\u00e9rgicos mietras que fluoxetina y sertralina necesitan una concentraci\u00f3n mucho mayor para modificar la respuesta adren\u00e9rgica del conducto deferente por bloqueo de la entrada de calcio extracelular a trav\u00e9s de los canales de calcio voltaje-dependientes.  los tres antidepresivos utilizados inhiben la respuesta contr\u00e1ctil inducida por la depolarizaci\u00f3n con k+ dificultando la entrada de ca2+ a trav\u00e9s de canales de ca2+ voltaje-dependientes. Los efectos de la amitriptilina sobre la motilidad y neurotransmisi\u00f3n del conducto deferente humano demostrados en nuestros experimentos deber\u00edan ser considerados en la terapia antidepresiva. se puede deducir que la fluoxetina y la sertralina poseen un menor efecto sobre la mortalidad del conducto deferente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
