Esther <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Teniendo en cuenta la relevancia de la perspectiva de los clientes en la evaluaci\u00f3n de la calidad de una organizaci\u00f3n para el futuro de la misma, esta tesis plantea como objetivo general la elaboraci\u00f3n de un instrumento que recoja los elementos de car\u00e1cter psicosocial que afectan a la evaluaci\u00f3n de la calidad de servicio en organizaciones hoteleras. Para ello, adapta y ampl\u00eda el instrumento servqual de forma que incluya la evaluaci\u00f3n de la interacci\u00f3n de los clientes con los empleados, en su vertiente funcional y ampliando sus aspectos afectivos, adem\u00e1s de la evaluaci\u00f3n de las instalaciones fisicas del entorno de servicio. Se utilizo el instrumento en una muestra de 391 clientes de 40 hoteles situados en la comunidad Valenciana. Participaron en el estudio hoteles de tres y cuatro estrellas, localizados tanto en ciudad como en zonas de sol y playa.  se realizan los siguientes an\u00e1lisis:(1) se compara la importancia relativa de las dimensiones de calidad;(2) se estudia la relaci\u00f3n existente entre las cuatro dimensiones de interacci\u00f3n de servqual; (3)se analiza la contribuci\u00f3n de aspectos emocionales y del entorno de servicio en la compresi\u00f3n y explicaci\u00f3n de la calidad y comportamientos relacionados; (4) se estudia la posibilidad de representar el constructo de calidad mediante una estructura dimensional jer\u00e1rquica;(5) se observa la relaci\u00f3n entre la calidad y otras variables relacionadas de percepci\u00f3n de la organizaci\u00f3n y comportamiento post-uso, y, finalmente, (6) se comprueban las posiblidades de segmentaci\u00f3n de clientes a partir de sus expectativas respecto al servicio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Calidad de servicio en organizaciones turisticas: una aproximacion psicosocial<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Calidad de servicio en organizaciones turisticas: una aproximacion psicosocial <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Garc\u00eda Buades M.
