Amparo Loreto <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La generaci\u00f3n de fase vapor acoplada a la espectrometr\u00eda ir-tf presenta grandes posibilidades dentro del analisis cuantitativo en medios acuosos de un gran n\u00c2\u00ba de muestras, tanto l\u00edquidas como s\u00f3lidas.  se han desarrollado diferentes procedimientos anal\u00edticos basados en la generaci\u00f3n de fase vapor de analitos, bien porque en la muestra se encuentren ya como un compuesto vol\u00e1til, bien porque se genera un compuesto gaseoso mediante reacci\u00f3n quimica previa a la determinaci\u00f3n espectrofotometrica. en necesario el calentamiento de las muestras, el arrastre de la fase vapor generada mediante un gas portador y la medida en continuo empleando la espectrometr\u00eda ir-tf. Todo ello utilizando distintos tipos de montajes, reactores(fijos o intercambiables) calentados el\u00e9ctricamente o sumergidos en ba\u00f1os termostatizados o bien mediante calentamiento por microondas. adem\u00e1s, se han evaluado las principales estrategias en el procesamiento de los datos espectrales como son el establecimiento de correcciones adecuadas de l\u00ednea base en la medida de las \u00e1reas de los picos de las se\u00f1ales transitorias o bien la coadicci\u00f3n de espectros para obtener un espectro promedio que mejore la reproducibilidad de las medidas.  la generaci\u00f3n de fase vapor-ir-tf se ha aplicado el an\u00e1lisis de diferente tipos de muetras(bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas, sangre, agua, mostos azufrados, vinos, gambas y sedimentos), realizando la determinaci\u00f3n de etanol, carbonatos y sulfitos, estudiando y optimizando en cada caso el montaje experimental adecuado y las variables experimentales e instrumentales que afectan a la t\u00e9cnica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Analisis cuantitativo por generaci\u00f3n de fase vapor-ir-tf en medios acuosos<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Analisis cuantitativo por generaci\u00f3n de fase vapor-ir-tf en medios acuosos <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Perez Ponce M.
