A su vez, se situa el trabajo en el contexto actual de la linea de investigacion en la cual se desarrolla.  bajo el esquema: definicion-principios e hipotesis-expresiones de datos e incognitas-leves-formulacion-resolucion-valores.  se obtiene el modelo de comportamiento mecanico por cualquier elemento resistente lineal bajo una formulacion unica y respecto a un sistema de coordenadas absolutas. Dicha formulacion se denomina eluacion del efecto en la seccion absoluta.  el sistema de ecuaciones diferenciales obtenido presenta una estructura matematica triangular inferior que permite su resolucion analitica.  se establece un nuevo procedimiento general de obtencion de las matrices de rigidez, flexibilidad y transferencia de cualquier elemento resistete lineal. Entre otras, se presenta la matriz de rigidez generica y exacta de un semiarco circular.  se extiende la expresion del comportamiento mecanico de la pieza, a cualquier estructura (reticular, articulada, flexible&#8230;) Simple conformada por elementos resistentes lineales, mediante la definicion de nudo como elemento resistente puntual, dotando al mismo de sus propias incognitas
