Al iniciar el presente trabajo no se configuraci\u00f3n absoluta ni relativa de tres estereocentros del producto natural, y se plante\u00f3 la optimizaci\u00f3n de m\u00e9todos que permitieran la preparaci\u00f3n de todos los posibles estereois\u00f3meros.  en una primera parte de la tesis se ha trabajado en la s\u00edntesis del fragmento c1-c5. Se ha intentado una v\u00eda basada en la reacci\u00f3n de michael buscando diferentes variantes, pero aunque esta v\u00eda ha permitido llegar a este tipo de sintones, no se ha conseguido controlar totalmente la diastereoselectividad. se han estudiado diferentes aproximaciones y finalmente se ha optimizado una v\u00eda basada en una alquilaci\u00f3n con pseudoefedrina (auxiliar de myers).  en el siguiente apartado de la tesis se ha sintetizado el fragmento c15-c22 de la anfidinolida k, por adici\u00f3n de un organocuprato sobre un ep\u00f3xido quiral derivado del \u00e1cido glut\u00e1mico.  finalmente, en el \u00faltimo cap\u00edtulo, se ha preparado el sint\u00f3n c11-c14, c27 tambi\u00e9n a partir del \u00e1cido glut\u00e1mico, y se ha ensayado mediante el uso de modelos, su uni\u00f3n con el fragmento c15-c22, v\u00eda reacci\u00f3n ald\u00f3lica, y la posterior formaci\u00f3n del anillo de tetrahidrofurano presente en la anfidinolida k.  en resumen, se ha optimizado la preparaci\u00f3n de tres sintones clave de la anfidionolida k mediante m\u00e9todos vers\u00e1tiles que permiten la s\u00edntesis de diferentes estereois\u00f3meros, y se ha ensayado la reacci\u00f3n
