En primer lugar se sintetizaron todos los fragmentos de polipropionato posibles con cuatro centros quirales contiguos (estereotetradas) mediante el empleo de la metodolog\u00eda de apertura regio- y estereoselectiva de sulfonas vin\u00edlicas 7-oxanorborn\u00e9nicas. a continuaci\u00f3n, se realiz\u00f3 la s\u00edntesis de un fragmento de polipropionato con estructura c\u00edclica eligi\u00e9ndose para ello, la subunidad c1-c8 de las baconipironas a y b. Tambi\u00e9n, a modo de ejemplo de aplicaci\u00f3n de las estereotetradas anteriormente sintetizadas, se obtuvo el fragmento c1-c6 de la discodermolida y se han dado los primeros pasos para la obtenci\u00f3n de una cadena polipropi\u00f3nica con un mayor n\u00famero de centros quirales. finalmente, se realiz\u00f3 un estudio de la reacci\u00f3n de epoxisulfonas bic\u00edclicas con amiduros
