Gracias al empleo de sistemas modelo de membrana y a la s\u00edntesis de p\u00e9ptidos modelo de regiones espec\u00edficadas en las prote\u00ednas, se ha facilitado el estudio del grado de perturbaci\u00f3n que ejercen las prote\u00ednas de membrana sobre la organizaci\u00f3n de los l\u00edpidos y c\u00f3mo \u00e9stos pueden modualr la din\u00e1mica y la estructura de las prote\u00ednas.  nuestro trabajo ha tratado de profundizar en el conocimiento de las interacciones entre p\u00e9ptidos modelo de diferentes prote\u00ednas de membrana, implicadas en la enfermedad de alzheimer o en la apoptosis, y fosfol\u00edpidos con el objeto de otener informaci\u00f3n sobre la organizaci\u00f3n de las membranas biol\u00f3gicas y el significado de estas interacciones sobre la estructura y funci\u00f3n de la smismas.  la enfermedad de alzheimer se caracteriza por la acumulaci\u00f3nd e dep\u00f3sitos amiloides en el cerebro que se hallan compuestos principalemtne por un p\u00e9ptido de 42 amino\u00e1cidos, el p\u00e9ptido beta-amiloide. El fragmento 25-35 posee la misma actividad neurot\u00f3xica que el p\u00e9ptido completo. Se ha estudiado su capacidad de iteracci\u00f3n con ves\u00edculas que conten\u00edan fosfol\u00edpidos con cabezas polares de diferentes caracter\u00edsticas mediante diferenes t\u00e9cnicas biof\u00edsicas.  se encontr\u00f3 que el p\u00e9ptido beta-amiloide 25-35 se agreg\u00f3 con el tiempo formado fibrillas con hoja plgada-beta. La agregaci\u00f3n se aceler\u00f3 en presencia de fosfl\u00edpidos con carga negativa, por lo que la interacci\u00f3n se bas\u00f3 en interacciones electrost\u00e1ticas, que favorecen la agregaci\u00f3n del p\u00e9ptido y adem\u00e1s, pueden alterar la interfase l\u00edpido-agua de la membrana.  la apopotosis o muerte celular programada es un proceso de suicidio celular indispensable en el desarrollo y mentenimiento del equilibrio en el interior de los organismo.
