En este estudio, realizado en 25 pacientes con indicaci\u00f3n para implante de marcapasos definitivo vdd, tratamos de valorar las posibilidades de estimulaci\u00f3n ddd monocable con modo monopolar y olbi utilizando dos electrocat\u00e9teres portadores de dipolos auriculares de tipo flotante, uno con dipolo auricular de tipo longitudinal (biotronik sl 60 bp), y otro con dipolo auricular en diagonal (intermedics unipass). En ambos grupos conectamos los electrocat\u00e9teres a un generador eikos sld de la marca biotronik con posibilidad para realizar estimulaci\u00f3n monopolar y olbi a trav\u00e9s de electrodos flotantes. En nuestro estudio, la utilizaci\u00f3n del sistema ilbi conlleva una disminuci\u00f3n significativa del umbral de captura auricular (p&lt;0,0001). En el grupo de pacientes con dipolo auricular diagonal se alcanza captura auricular, a los voltajes programables, en un mayor porcentaje de pacientes que en el grupo de dipolo diagonal (89% vs 61%) aunque sin alcanzar significaci\u00f3n estad\u00edstica. La estimulaci\u00f3n fr\u00e9nica es el principal efecto indeseable durante estimulaci\u00f3n ddd monocable detectando una menor incidencia en el grupo portador de dipolo auricular diagonal sin alcanzar significaci\u00f3n estad\u00edstica (10% vs 35,7%). otras limitaciones de esta forma de estimulaci\u00f3n podr\u00edan venir dadas por la presencia de estimulaci\u00f3n cruzada durante
