Presentan un amplio espectro de actividades biol\u00f3gicas: actividad antitumoral, fungicida, insecticida, alelop\u00e1tica y antialimentaria.  se ha puesto a punto un m\u00e9todo para la obtenci\u00f3n de las podolactonas nagilactona f(1), ll-z127a (2) y el nuevo producto natural oidiolactona c (3) a partir de \u00e1cido trans-com\u00fanico (4), un diterpeno labd\u00e1nico presente en numerosas especies del g\u00e9nero juniperus y otras con\u00edferas.  oidiolactona c se ha sintetizado en 8 etapas conun rendimiento del 17% a partir de 5. Ll-z127 a y nagilactona f se ha obtenido en 9 etapas conrendimientos del 117% y 26% respectivamente, a partir del mismo intermedio.  finalmente se ha estudiado la actividad antimicrobiana y
