Jes\u00fas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se desarrollo un sistema de producci\u00f3n de carne de vacuno joven basado en la utilizaci\u00f3n de ensilados de maiz y leguminosas, aprovechando la riqueza proteica de estas para suplementar el defitir de maiz. Con estas dietas se consiguen unos resultados superiores a los obtenidos en sistemas m\u00e1s tradicionales y equiparables a los sistemas en cebadero, tanto en crecimiento y engorde como en la calidad de la canal y la carne, con la ventaja a\u00f1adida del consiguiente ahorro en pienso.
