Se ha llevado a cabo un estudio metodologico de la reacci\u00f3n de nazarov con distintas divinilcetonas para obtener indenonas convenientemente funcionalizadas, que sirvan como intermedios en la sintesis de fragmentos de limonoides. se ha introducido un nuevo reactivo (mezclas de hcio4 y ac2o) en el caso de divinilcetonas b-carbonil-b\u00c2\u00bf-furil sustituidas y compuestos similares, que no ciclan utilizando los acidos clasicos empleados de la reacci\u00f3n de nazarov (h3po4, h2so4, hcooh, acoh,etc).  2. Las indenonas obtenidas en la reacci\u00f3n de nazarov han sido transformadas en fragmentos de limonoides:  2.1. Se describen procedimientos de sintesis de fragmentos cde de 12-hidroxi y 12-oxoazadiradiona a partir de a-ciclocitral y de un fragmento bcde de azafiradiona a partir de a-ionona.  2.2 se han intentado distintas aproximaciones biomim\u00e9ticas a la ruptura del anillo c en limonoides empleando compuestos modelo. La apertura oxidante del anillo mediante una reacci\u00f3n de baeyer-villiger permiti\u00f3 la obtenci\u00f3n de fragmentos cde y bcde delos limonoides ohchinolida y nimbolidin.  3.
