{"id":88919,"date":"2018-03-10T00:13:59","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:13:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/diferenciacion-genetica-con-polimorfismos-alozimicos-de-mytilus-spp-del-atlantico-sudoccidental\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:13:59","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:13:59","slug":"diferenciacion-genetica-con-polimorfismos-alozimicos-de-mytilus-spp-del-atlantico-sudoccidental","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/diferenciacion-genetica-con-polimorfismos-alozimicos-de-mytilus-spp-del-atlantico-sudoccidental\/","title":{"rendered":"Diferenciacion genetica con polimorfismos alozimicos de mytilus spp. del atlantico sudoccidental"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Ines Trucco M. <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los mejillones de la costa atlantica de sudam\u00e9rica  han sido identificados como diferentes especies tales como mytilus edulis, m.Platensis, y m.Chilensis o como subespecies de m.Edulis basados, principalmente, en ragos morfologicos. hasta la fecha, el status taxon\u00f3mico de los mejillones atl\u00e1nticos sudamericanos sigue siendo objeto de controversia y estructura genetica poblacional es desconocida.  se estudiaron rutinariamente treinta loci enzimaticos y cinco marcadores de dna, 4 nucleares( glu-8, fp-1, its y mac-1)y uno mitocondrial (coiii) en 11 muestras de mejill\u00f3n a lo largo de la coste atl\u00e1ntica de sudamerica y en muestras puras de m.Edulis, m.Galloprovincialis y m.Trossulus para su comparaci\u00f3n. Los marcadores de dna, las frecuencias al\u00e9licas para los loci diagn\u00f3sticos (est-d, lap-1,mpi y odh) y los analisis de ordenaci\u00f3n y agrupamiento a partir de las distancias geneticas mostraron que los mejillones de la costa atl\u00e1ntica de sudam\u00e9rica son pr\u00f3ximos a m.Edulis del hemisferio norte con un valor de distancia genetica tipica de poblacionies conespec\u00edficas (d=0.07+- 0.02). Sin embargo, tambi\u00e9n mostraron frecuencias al\u00e9licas diferentes y caracteristicas en 10 loci, incluyendo loci diagnosticos como gpi, lap-2 y pgm-2. Ademas, los analisis filogeneticos mostraron que conforman un grupo monofil\u00e9tico y que comparte un acestro en com\u00fan con m.Edulis. Asi, los mejillones de la costa atlantica de sudam\u00e9rica pueden considerarse como pertenecientes a mytilus edulis, pero diferentes del tax\u00f3n del hemisferio norte y, consecuentemente, designarse como mytilus edulis platensis.  por otro lado, los an\u00e1lisis de agrupamiento y ordenaci\u00f3n mostraron que los mejillones atl\u00e1nticos sudamericanos no poseen una distribuci\u00f3n homog\u00e9nea y que existen al menos de los grupos definidos en m.Edulis platensis.
