Mediante la actuacion en modo corriente se ha propuesto un nuevo metodo de control del electrodo movil de dichas microestructuras. En contraste con otros trabajos presentados, el nuevo metodo no requiere de especiales geometrias para los electrodos, actuacion en modo ac, o circuteria de implementacion de tecnicas switched-capacitador. la operaci\u00f3n del metodo propuesto ha sido demostrada mediante resultados experimentales, confirmando las simulaciones realizadas. Operando en modo corriente, ha sido propuesto un nuevo m\u00e9todo de adquisici\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales para micro-microfonos capacitivos. La nueva tecnica esta basada en la polarizacion del micro-microfonos en puntos posteriores al pull-in de tension. En dichos puntos, mediante modo corriente, el control es posible permitiendo baja tension de operaci\u00f3n con una sensibilidad muy elevada. Para la demostracion experimental de los nuevos metodos propuestos,han sido fabricados dos circuitos integrados por el consorcio europractice. Paralelamente, se han fabricado estructurasde cantilever beam en la sala blanca de la upc, mediante micromecanizado de volumen. Ha sido propuesto un nuevo metodo de soldadura an\u00f3dica si-cuarzo cuando ambos materiales presentan grosores semejantes. La estructura capacitiva ha sido finalmente obtenida uniendo el electrodo movil de silicio. Monocristalino con el electrodo fijo de cuarzo. El trabajo desarrollado ha sido de interes para la multinacional alemana infineon technologies ag, proporcionando estructuras de micro-microfono sobre las cuales han sido tomadas medidas
