Las cargas virales bajas aumentaron la frecuencia de extinci\u00f3n del virus. Infeciones de varios clones de vfa con distintos valores de eficacia biol\u00f3gica relativa (valores que diferen en hasta 10 5 veces) en presencia o ausencia de 5-fluorouracilo \u00f3 5-azacitidina pusieron de manifiesto que bajos valores de eficacia biol\u00f3gica relativa tambi\u00e9n aumentaron la frecuencia de extinci\u00f3n del virus. La asociaci\u00f3n de 5-fluorouracilo con clorhidrato de guanidino, un inhibidor de la replicaci\u00f3n d epicornavirus que reduce la carga viral, permiti\u00f3 extinciones sistem\u00e1ticas de virus de eficacia  biol\u00f3gicamente media o baja.  los tratamientos mutag\u00e9nicos produjeron aumentos de 2 a 6,4 veces en la frecuencia de mutaci\u00f3n de las regiones gen\u00f3micas estudiadas: zona codificante de la prote\u00edna caps\u00eddica vp1 y la regi\u00f3n codificante del replicasa viral (3d). Adem\u00e1s, se observaron incrmentos de hasta 3 veces en la complejidad del espector de mutantes (medida como entrop\u00eda de shannon). Los mayores incrementos de frecuencia de mutaci\u00f3n se observaron en la regi\u00f3n codificante de 3d, que se encuentra muy conservada en las poblaciones de vfa no tratadas con agentes mutag\u00e9nicos, de manera que la heterogeneidad nucleot\u00eddica de esta regi\u00f3n se hizo muy similar a la de la regi\u00f3n vp1, muy variable en aftovirus.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
