{"id":88968,"date":"2018-03-10T00:14:03","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:14:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudio-de-los-inhibidores-de-la-litogenesis-fitoterapia\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:14:03","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:14:03","slug":"estudio-de-los-inhibidores-de-la-litogenesis-fitoterapia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/estudio-de-los-inhibidores-de-la-litogenesis-fitoterapia\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudio de los inhibidores de la litogenesis. fitoterapia."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Margarita Ramis Barcelo <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El contenido de esta td se puede dividir en 3 grandes apartados:  en el primero se hace un estudio de la inhibici\u00f3n de la cristalizaci\u00f3n de la brushita y la hidroxiapatita en orina artificial enpresencia y ausencia de inhibidores utilizando un m\u00e9todo de seguimiento cin\u00e9tico y llegando a las siguientes conclusiones:  1- los efectos de las sustancias ensayadas sobre la cristalizaci\u00f3n de la dcpd y la hap dependen tanto de la naturaleza del fosfato c\u00e1lcio insolubre formado, como de la etapa de critalizaci\u00f3n inhibida.  2- la especialidad de los procesos de inhibici\u00f3n cristalina depende de las interaciones del inhibidor con el n\u00facleo del s\u00f3lido formado y de las velocidades de absorci\u00f3n\/dessorci\u00f3n del inhibidor sobre la superficie de la dcpd y de la hap.  3- la nucleaci\u00f3nd e los cristales de hap se inhibe m\u00e1s facilmente que la nucleaci\u00f3n de la dcpd.  4- son interesanes los resultados obtenidos en la serie de los polifosfatos, ya que aquellos productos qu manifiestan una mejor actividad inhibidoa de la cristlizaci\u00f3n de la hap, son los que pero inhiben la dcpd.  5- es muy importante evaluar la m\u00ednima concentraci\u00f3n de inhibidor que jpreviene la precipitaci\u00f3n del fosfato c\u00e1lcico durante largos periodos de tiempo para examinar la capacidad de evitar el desarrollo de dep\u00f3sitos de fosfato c\u00e1lcico sobre el epitelio renal.  en el segundo apartado se recogen los resultados del estudio de la velocidad de cristalizaci\u00f3n del \u00e1cido \u00farico y el efecto de los inhibidores. Este estudio es una interesante alternativa para aquellos casos en que la terape\u00fatic habiutal consiste en:  &#8211; alcalinizaci\u00f3n sist\u00e9matica de la orina en valores de ph-5,5  &#8211; aumento de la ingesta de l\u00edquidos y dieta pobre en proteinas  &#8211; administrando alopurinol  no pueda ser utilizada o no de los resultados stisfactoriso que se esperan.  finalmente en el
