Brun Sanchez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha desarrollado un m\u00e9todo sencillo de s\u00edntesis de 2-piridonas 4,6-dissutituidas y 3,4,6-trisustituidas, asi como de unidades de tipo isoquinlona por adici\u00f3n de diendiolatos de litio, derivados de \u00e1cidos carbox\u00edlicos insaturados anitrilos. Se ha estudiado la reactividd de los mismos en su  adici\u00f3n a clorocetonas.Aunque los resultados dependen de los reactivos, se produce un alcoxicarboxilato intermedio que evoluciona bien a la formaci\u00f3n  de un clorohidroxi\u00e1cido, una lactona o bien, a un epoxi\u00e1cido.  se ha estudiado la estructura y forma de generaci\u00f3n de estos dianiones de \u00e1cidos carbox\u00edlicos, pudiendose sacar las siguientes conclusiones: el 2-tienil l\u00edtio es un sustituto efectivo del burillitio, es posible generar los dianiones con otras aminas, pliaminas y aminoalcoholes, per no con amino\u00e9teres. Tambi\u00e9n es posible generar los dianiones con cantidades catal\u00edticas de la amina y cantidades estequim\u00e9tricas del organol\u00edtico, lo que nos permite minimizar algunos productos secundarios debidos a la acidez de algunos electr\u00c2\u00bffilos. Estudios de rmn de los dianiones generados con diversas aminas indican que los cambios de reactividad que se observan deben ser por efectos de tipo est\u00e9rico y no electronico.  se ha estudiado en profundidad la selectividd en reacciones de alquilaci\u00f3n de estos dianiones; se han conseguido alquilaciones con ahluros secundarois, dandomexclas de regiois\u00f3meros. Se ha conseguido regioselectividad a utilizando tosiltos como electr\u00edflos, con buenos valores de diateroselectividad. Se ha estudiado la influencia de las concidiones del medio de reaccion en la selectividad. La adici\u00f3n del 12-corona-4 conduce a un incremento de la regioselectividad por la posici\u00f3n y del diani\u00f3n, mientras que la adici\u00f3n  de dmi, potente agente quelante de iones l\u00edtio, incrementa la diasteroselectividad r, r del producto a.
