Para la obtencion de los compuestos \u00abhumus-like\u00bb, se realiza un tratamiento en medio acido y posterior adsorci\u00f3n en resinas polimericas, seg\u00fan un procedimiento recomendando por la ihss, que nos conduce a un total de seis extractos(2 procedentes de hojas y cuatro procedentes de hollejos).  los extractos obtenidos se caracterizan mediante analisis elemental, determinacion del carbono org\u00e1nico total, acidez total, carboxilica y fenolica, y diferentes estudios espectroscopicos que nos permiten determinar los grupos funcionales y el grado de aromaticidad de los mismos, comprobandose sus diferencias estructurales.  para estudiar el comportamiento quimico de estos extractos se analizan las propiedades acido-base y complejantes de los mismos. Las propiedades acido-base de determinan mediante valoraciones potenciometricas con hidroxido potasico, obteniendose en todos los casos curvas de valoracion similares, comparandose con las de acidos monoprotidos debiles. Los extractos procedentes de las hojas poseen comportamientos muy diferentes entre si, siendo el extracto br el que posee una menor acidez. Los extractos procedentes de los hollejos tambien poseen comportamientos acido-base distintos, que justifican el haber estudiado individualmente las cuatro fracciones obtenidas inicialmente.  las propiedades de complejacion de los extractos con los distintos iones metalicos(cu(ii), pb(ii),cd(ii),zn(ii),ni(ii) y fe(iii) se estudian por tres tecnicas diferentes a ph contante: potenciometria con
