As\u00ed caracterizamos a la tetraspanina cd151, que forma complejos multimoleculares con las tetraspaninas cd9 y cd81 y con la integrina alfa3beta1 y que se localizan en las uniones intercelulares de c\u00e9lulas adherentes (endoteliales y epiteliales). Estudiados funcionales indican que los complejos tetraspaninas\/integrina alfa3beta1 intervienen en la migraci\u00f3n de las c\u00e9lulas endoteliales y los queratinocitos humanos asociada a procesos de reparaci\u00f3n de heridas y reendotelizaci\u00f3n.  a continuaci\u00f3n estudiamos la respuesta de distintos ant\u00edgenos de uniones intercelulares endoteliales al p\u00e9ptido vasocativo angiotensina ii. La ang ii induce espec\u00edficamente la redistribuci\u00f3n subcelular de la integrian alfa3beta1 y de las tetraspaninas cd9 y cd151 asociadas sin afectar a otros ant\u00edgenos de uniones intercelulares ni la funci\u00f3n de barrera de la monocapa endotelial. Esta recolizaci\u00f3n puede ser responsable del fenotipo angiog\u00e9nico inducido por la ang ii a trav\u00e9s de su receptor at1 en c\u00e9lulas endoteliales, puesto que en un modelo in vitro con c\u00e9lulas endoteliales aisladas inhibimos el efecto proangiog\u00e9nico de ang ii con anticuerpos espec\u00edficos frente a la cadena alfa3 de las integrinas.  el estudio de la distribuci\u00f3n de ant\u00edgenos de la superfamilia de las tetraspaninas en c\u00e9lulas epiteliales polarizadas nos permiti\u00f3 caracterizar el estado conformacional de las integrinas
