Luz <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La dosimetr\u00eda biol\u00f3gica, de gran importancia en la exposici\u00f3n accidental a las radiaciones ionizantes, utiliza la aparici\u00f3n de cromosomas dic\u00e9ntricos y micron\u00facleos en linfocitos de sangre perif\u00e9rica como indicadores de dosis absorbida. En nuestro trabajo hemos abordado el estudio de ambos m\u00e9todos de dosimetr\u00eda biol\u00f3gica para radiaci\u00f3n gamma, compar\u00e1ndolos entre s\u00ed mediante la elaboraci\u00f3n de curvas dosis-respuestas, utilizando los mismos donantes y analizando la fiabilidad de las mismas en funci\u00f3n de su elaboraci\u00f3n con uno o varios donantes, as\u00ed como sus l\u00edmites de detecci\u00f3n. Se ha prestado especial atenci\u00f3n a los estudios de dosis bajas e irradiaciones parciales.  las dos curvas dosis-respuesta generales encontradas responden a ecuaciones de segundo grado y sus l\u00edmites de detecci\u00f3n, con el 95% de confianza, fueron de 0,4 gy para la curva de cromosomas dic\u00e9ntricos y de 0,8 gy para la de micron\u00facleos. Con ambas t\u00e9cnicas se obtuvieron ecuaciones diferentes para cada individuo a pesar de la uniformidad de la metodolog\u00eda empleada en su elaboraci\u00f3n, lo que sugiere la conveniencia de utilizar m\u00e1s de un individuo para la obtenci\u00f3n de las mismas.  en el estudio de dosis bajas se analiz\u00f3 la aparici\u00f3n de cromosomas dic\u00e9ntricos, micron\u00facleos y fragmentos ac\u00e9ntricos entre 0,05 y 0,4 gy. Solamente los fragmentos ac\u00e9ntricos aumentaron con la dosis de forma estad\u00edsticamente significativa, aunque no se pudo establecer una relaci\u00f3n matem\u00e1tica suficientemente fiable.  el estudio de irradiaciones parciales se centr\u00f3 12 ensayos a los que se aplic\u00f3 el m\u00e9todo estad\u00edstico de \u00abpoisson contaminado\u00bb; solo en 7 de ellos se obtuvieron estimaciones satisfactorias.
