En el primer caso estudiamos la influencia de los diferentes mecanismos de transporte involucrados en el crecimiento de los dep\u00f3sitos por medio de un modelo de monte carlo basado en el paradigm\u00e1tico modelo diffusion-limited aggregation. asimismo presentamos un modelo gen\u00e9rico de crecimiento limitado por difusi\u00f3n que unifica los dos sistemas bajo consideraci\u00f3n. A partir de este modelo obtenemos una ecuaci\u00f3n diferencial estoc\u00e1stica no lineal que describe la evoluci\u00f3n de la superficie del agregado, y que permite analizar el comportamiento a tiempos largos de la misma. en la segunda parte de la tesis, la dedicada a la cristalizaci\u00f3n de pel\u00edculas delgadas, introducimos tambi\u00e9n un modelo de monte carlo que permite estudiar la influencia que tienen sobre la nucleaci\u00f3n la presencia de centros de preferentes asociados a orden preexistente en la fase amorfa o imperfecciones, y aportamos una serie de criterios que permiten determinar las condiciones de nucleaci\u00f3n, homog\u00e9nea o heterog\u00e9nea, en un experimento. por \u00faltimo aplicamos una variante de la ecuaci\u00f3n de ginzburg-landau para estudiar la rugosidad de los granos, y la influencia del ruido correlacionado sobre el producto resultante de la cristalizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
