Asimismo, se han determinado las condiciones experimentales \u00f3ptimas para la producci\u00f3n de enterocina p por e. Faecium p13 mediante su desarrollo en un fermentador bajo condiciones ambientales controladas. Por otra parte, se ha evaluado el mecanismo molecular de acci\u00f3n de la enterocina p empleando c\u00e9lulas bacterianas y liposomas.
