En este modelo no se detecta liberaci\u00f3n de citocromo c durante la apoptosis inducida por el bcr. En cambio, se detecta desolarizaci\u00f3n de la membrana mitocondrial que es dependiente de caspasa 9.  &#8211; el mecanismo de activaci\u00f3n de caspasa 7 implica el requerimiento de dos procesamientos, el primero mediado por calpa\u00edna (una endopeptidasa mediada por calcio) y el segundo causado por caspasa 9.  &#8211; en conjunto, la apoptosis inducida por la estimulaci\u00f3n del
