Osuna Padilla <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo de esta tesis es contribuir a la literatura existente sobre los efectos de la regulacion laboral en la creacion de empleo, a traves de los ajustes de plantilla que se producen en las empresas. Son muchas las politicas de empleo encaminadas a la creacion de puestos de trabajo. en esta tesis nos hemos centrado en analizar la reduccion de la jornada laboral, la reduccion de los costes de despido y la liberiacion de los contratos temporales. En el capitulo dedicado a la reduccion de la jornada laboral, se han cuantificado las implicacionies para la productividad y la creacion de empleo de una politica que induce a las empresas a reducir dicha jornada mediante el establecimiento de un impuesto sobre las horas extraordinarias. En el dedicado a la reduccion de los costes de despido y a los contratos temporales, el objetivo a consistido en cuantificar los efectos de la reduccion de los costes de despido de los contratos permanentes sobre la creacion y destruccion de empleo en la economia espa\u00f1ola.
