Asunci\u00f3n <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la presente tesis se hace un estudio de lso mecanismos moleculares y fisiopatol\u00f3gicos que modulan la ciruculaci\u00f3n hiperdin\u00e1mica g\u00e1strica en la uremia, bas\u00e1ndose, principalmente, en el \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico y su relaci\u00f3n con la anem\u00eda cr\u00f3nica y el hiperparatiroidismo secundario.  la introducci\u00f3nrcoge una amplia inforamci\u00f3n sobre el no, tal como su bios\u00edntesis y regulaci\u00f3n, su bioqu\u00edmica, y su apapel fisiol\u00f3gico y fisopatol\u00f3gico. tambi\u00e9n hay un cap\u00edtulo dedicado a la microcirculaci\u00f3n g\u00e1strica y otros que versan sobre la insuficiencia renal cr\u00f3nica y su relaci\u00f3n con la anemia.  dado que antes de la realizaci\u00f3n del presente trabajo, las t\u00e9cnicas para medir la formaci\u00f3n de no en mucosa g\u00e1strica se basaban en mediciones indirectas, el primer objetivo fue la validaci\u00f3n de la t\u00e9cnica de la voltametr\u00eda para medir no en mucosa g\u00e1strica. El segundo objetivo fue medir la concentraci\u00f3n basal de no en mucosa g\u00e1strica y los mecanismos moleculares que regulan su s\u00edntesis. Y el tercer objetivo fue evaluar el papel de la anemia cr\u00f3nica y el hiperparatiroidismo secundario en la ciruculaci\u00f3n hiperdin\u00e1mica g\u00e1strica de las ratas ur\u00e9micas.  las conclusiones m\u00e1s importantes derivadas de este estudios fueron las siguientes;  &#8211; la t\u00e9cnica de voltametr\u00eda permite monitorizar la formaci\u00f3n y degradaci\u00f3n de no en la mucosa g\u00e1strica de la rata.  &#8211; la hiperemia g\u00e1strica asociada a la uremia se produce de forma lentra y progresiva, y est\u00e1 directamente modulada por la producci\u00f3n local exaterada de no.  &#8211; el incremento de la producci\u00f3n de no en la mucosa g\u00e1strica de ratas ur\u00e9micas est\u00e1 inducido por un aumento en la actividad de la ncnos, efecto que probablemente est\u00e1 modulado por un mecanismo post-traduccional.  &#8211; la anemia cr\u00f3nica puede jugar un papel improtante en la patogenia de la hiperemia g\u00e1strica ur\u00e9mica, bien estimulando la bios\u00edntesis local de no o bien reduciendo el efcto inhibidor de la hemoglobina sobre<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Estudio fisiopatol\u00f3gico y molecular de los mecanismos que modulan la hiperemia g\u00e1strica en la uremia relacion con la s\u00edntesis de oxido nitrico.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Estudio fisiopatol\u00f3gico y molecular de los mecanismos que modulan la hiperemia g\u00e1strica en la uremia relacion con la s\u00edntesis de oxido nitrico. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  M\u00e9ndez Gonz\u00e1lez M.
