Las bases para construir este modelo se fundamentan en:  a,- la analog\u00eda estructural entre los sistemas de comunicaci\u00f3n gen\u00e9tico y verbal.  b,- los buenos resultados obtenidos por la inform\u00e1tica te\u00f3rica al dise\u00f1ar lenguajes formales aplicando las operaciones que tienen lugar en el adn.  para aplicar los m\u00e9todos de computaci\u00f3n molecular a la ling\u00ed\u00bc\u00edstica, es necesario definir, principalmente:  * la unidad ling\u00ed\u00bc\u00edstica b\u00e1sica con la que se va a trabajar, la ulps, definida como la estructura generada a partir de un patr\u00f3n svo.  * los m\u00e9todos de computaci\u00f3n que ser\u00e1n aplicados, tomados de la inform\u00e1tica y la ingenier\u00eda gen\u00e9tica.  los m\u00e9todos de computaci\u00f3n molecular se dividen en dos grupos principales: la recombinaci\u00f3n y los sistemas evolutivos. En la recombinaci\u00f3n se encuentran el empalme, que incluye el empalme estricto, la replicaci\u00f3n y el empalme controlado, y los sistemas cohesivos, integrados por las uniones adhesivas y las uniones mixtas. Dentro de los sistemas evolutivos se distinguen las mutaciones puntuales, la trasnposici\u00f3n y la duplicaci\u00f3n. Estas operaciones, que ofrecen una alternativa a la reescritura, son extremadamente simples e intuitivas.  los resultados de la aplicaci\u00f3n de estas t\u00e9cnicas son muy positivos y soprendentes, ya que se consigue, por una parte, caracterizar un gran n\u00famero de fen\u00f3menos sint\u00e1cticos, y por otra, deconstruir la sintaxis desde una perspectiva totalmente nueva.  por todo ello pensamos que el dna computing puede ser el inicio de un nuevo paradigma de investigaci\u00f3n en el lenguaje verbal, inaugurando lo que denominamos ling\u00ed\u00bc\u00edstica
