Tradicionalmente, estos procesos biotecnologicos se han realizado en biorreactores de ba\u00f1o con enzimas solubles. Con esta tecnica es muy dificil recuperar la enzima activa despues de la reacci\u00f3n para una posible reutilizaci\u00f3n. En este sentido, la preparaci\u00f3n de enzimas inmovilizadas por medio de membranas semipermiables permite la reutilizaci\u00f3n del biocatalizador y posibilita el dise\u00f1o de procesos en continuo, reduciendo el coste enzim\u00e1tico. Con estas perpectivas, este trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n se ha orientado i) al estudio de la biosintesis de enzimas pectinoliticas despolimerizantes (poligalacturonasa y pectina liasa)inducidas en aspergillus niger por residuos agroalimentarios (poligalacturanasa y pectina liasa) inducidas en aspergiullus niger por residuos agroalimentarios (pomaza y pulpa de manzana)  y pectinas purificadas (acido poligalacturonico, pectina de citrico y de manzana), y ii)al desarrollo de un reactor de membrana continuo con enzimas pectinoliticas implicado en la degradaci\u00f3n de sustancias p\u00e9cticas.  con respecto a los resultados principales obtenidos en el estudio de la bios\u00edntesis de enzim\u00e1tica se podria concluir que, la poligalacturonasa era predominantemente extracelular y la pectina liasa estrictamente extracelular, y que de modo general, un mayor enriquecimiento en la fuente de carbono o en el grado de metoxilaci\u00f3n del inductor generaba extractos enzim\u00e1ticos con mayor capacidad pectinolitica. Por otro lado, la aplicaci\u00f3n de subproductos agroalimentarios como sustrato nutricional, reduc\u00eda la velocidad de sintesis enzimatica, pero resultaban inductores excelentes del complejo pectinolitico, por lo que, con el objeto de reducir el coste de la utilizaci\u00f3n de enzimas, las pectinas purificadas pueden ser sustituidas por residuos agroali<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
