Primeramente se aborda la delimitaci\u00f3n de los colectivos a los que se refiere el estudio (cap.I). A continuaci\u00f3n, se realiza un seguimiento del desrrollo de las normas preventivas (cap. Ii). Seguidamente se analizan las medidas preventivas, contenidas fundamentalmente en el art. 28 de la ley 31\/1995, de prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos laborales, que son de com\u00fan aplicaci\u00f3n tanto a los trabajadores temporales como a los de de empresas de trabajo temporal (cap. Iii). A continuaci\u00f3n se analizan las medidas normativas de espec\u00edfica aplicaci\u00f3n para los trabajadores de empresas de trabajo temporal, contenidas fundamentalmente en la ley 14\/1994 (tras las sucesivas reformas operadas en la misma) y en el rd 216\/1999 (cap. Iv). Por \u00faltimo, se estudian las medidas preventivas de los trabajadores de contratas y subcontratas, incluidas b\u00e1sicamente en el art. 24 de la ley 31\/1995, abordando, asimismo, el examen de las prescripciones que en esta materia, para el espec\u00edfico sector de la construcci\u00f3n, contiene el rd 1627\/1997 (cap.
