Se analiza el mejor modelo animal con diferentes factores fijos para la valoraci\u00f3n gen\u00e9tica de reproductores caprinos lecheros de las razas mencionadas, en las circunstancias productivas y reproductivas de estas razas en lo referente al manejo reproductivo, conexi\u00f3n entre ganader\u00edas e informaci\u00f3n genal\u00f3gica.Se cuantifica el incremento de ganancia gen\u00e9tica que supone el paso de la situaci\u00f3n actual (esquema de selecci\u00f3n basado en la monta natural y sin control de paternidades), a una situaci\u00f3n en la que la inseminaci\u00f3n artificial es utilizada como instrumento de los esquemas de selecci\u00f3n.  los avances en gen\u00e9tica molecular proporcionan herramientas nuevas. en este sentido, el polimorfismo gen\u00e9tico del gen de la case\u00edna s1, ofrece una serie de posibildiades para los programas de mejora del caprino lechero. se analiza algunas de las formas de utilizaci\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n del genotipo para la cas\u00edna s1 en los programas de selecci\u00f3n de las razas espa\u00f1olas.  para la valoraci\u00f3n de los reproductores se emplea la metodolog\u00eda blup y el modelo animal que corresponda. En las simulaciones se tiene en cuenta el efecto bulmer de depresi\u00f3n por con sanguinidad.
